Shipping & Returns
Orders are generally shipped via UPS Ground depending on the product ordered and its origin. Certain products will be shipped USPS Priority or thru other shipping methods and will be noted on the product listing information. Because our products can originate from different stock locations, we cannot combine shipping for all products on all orders at all times, however, when possible we will combine shipping and refund a portion of the shipping costs back to you after shipment. After your order has been approved and processed, you can expect to receive your order with 3-10 business days depending on your location. Please note, many of our custom made products can take up to 3 weeks to process during busy seasons.

Sales Tax
All orders billed/shipped to a California address are subject to 7.75% sales tax.

Damaged or Lost Orders
Our shipping departments package your items for protection against handling in shipping. If a package arrives with visible external damage, you must contact us and notify the carrier as soon as possible. If items are missing or damaged please contact us and file a claim with the carrier and keep the original package for inspection. We will make every effort to assist you in your efforts in the event of a loss or claim.

Returns and Back Orders
If you experience an error with your order, you must notify us within 10 days of your delivery. After 10 days, adjustments will be at our discretion. No items will be accepted for a return or exchange without prior authorization by us. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee. We do not accept returns on electrical parts, including but not limited to ignition parts, electrical modules, sensors, regulators, coils, electronic gauges, etc., unless the incorrect item(s) were shipped or other fault related to the fulfillment of your order. Please contact us immediately after an error has occurred so that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Back Orders
Generally, products on back order will be noted on the website listing or the individual product listing will be removed until they are back in stock to prevent customers from ordering products that are not available. Ordering something that is not in stock should not usually occur under normal circumstances. In the rare event a product is not in stock and an order is placed on the item, you will be notified and it will be noted on your invoice and shipped when available. If you decide you would rather not wait for the back ordered product, please contact us and we will cancel the order and reimburse your account.

Our parts are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or material for a period of 90 days. Most of our custom made products such as cab enclosures, bed covers, fender cover kits are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Warranty is non-transferable and valid only to the original purchaser. Warranty is limited to the replacement of the failed part and only after our inspection. We are not responsible for any misuse or damage to any other parts other than the original purchased item. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or improper installation. Certain products may also carry an additional manufacturer's warranty. All warranty returns must be pre-approved and returned using the RMA number supplied by us.
